Values and Purpose have received a lot of attention in society in recent years. And more and more people — you probably recognize this in yourself — are looking at the choices they make as consumers, whether they agree with what an organization stands for; how they run their business, what impact they make on society or on the environment. Value-driven design is based on the values that people (consumers, citizens) and organizations have and bases the design decisions on those values.
